Such films included Mio figlio Nerone (1956) [Nero's Mistress], Aventures d'Arsène Lupin, Les (1957) [The Adventures Arsène Lupin], Miroir à deux faces, Le (1958) [The Mirror Has Two Faces], Totò nella luna (1958) [Toto in the Moon], Generale della Rovere, Il (1959) [General della Rovere], and the period comedy romp Jument verte, La (1959) [The Green Mare] starring the great French actor Bourvil, which served as the inspiration to the bawdy classic "Tom Jones."
